Metta Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

september 11- december 13, 2026 | in person Training

Yoga is so much more than what happens on the mat! Through practice, study, and community, it can open the door to deeper understanding, meaningful growth, and a more connected way of living.

Metta’s 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training is designed for students who want to immerse themselves more fully in the study of yoga! Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this training offers a grounded and supportive space to explore asana, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and teaching methodology.

Led by Michele Klink, with supporting faculty Carla Herzenberg and Ashley Stachon, this in-person training blends tradition, thoughtful study, and practical skill-building. Along the way, you’ll deepen your understanding of the practice, strengthen your relationship to your own voice, and build the tools to teach with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
